We got the totally same issue, NYC on RCN, other of my friends don't have this. It's also like has been happening from the passed Sunday or Monday.Same, NYC on RCN but it's not ISP related. I'm an IT consultant and I tried playing the game from my office 100Mb/100Mb, 5m ping, 3rd Gear Networks ISP and I'm having the same issue. I tried from a few of my clients who all have different ISPs and I'm having the same issue. Giant lag spikes, sometimes its stuck for 20-30seconds and 90k error every 5 minutes. It has been like this pretty much since the "fix".
I'm on Behemoth server. I have other friends that live in NYC on the same server and they're not getting errors.
It seems that a lot of people from RCn and Verizon are getting this problem. It could be the ISPs or it could be the game.
I believe it's the game, because I never had this problem in beta and early access.
A few RCN customers got in touch with RCN, who stated they were aware of the matter and looking into it. Later RCN reps stated that the problem is on Final Fantasy's side. No word from SE still though.
Great, thanks for the update. I thought that was weird. I'm guessing that vpn works because we would be directed to another server.
