90000 Error Constantly Popping Up Again

This has just been a temporary fix for me and I don't know if in an hour or longer it might occur again, but unplugging my router for one minute and then pressing the reset button with a needle has alleviated the problem for the moment.

Once again my ISP is Verizon and I will post whether or not 90k occurs again at any point as soon as it occurs.

EDIT: Of course the other fix may be that so many people are having the problem that not many are on now and concurrent users being down has solved the issue. Noticed very few people out here with me when the norm is much greater. Only seeing about 3-4 people a zone.

Don't think people are reading my possible fix so I am quoting myself, its been over an hour and fifteen minutes and still no 90k

I am back to getting 90k immediately on login on my main (Balmung). I hit sprint, the animation occurs but the buff doesnt apply. About 10-20secs later, DC + 90k.
I can log in to a new toon on a diff server (Malboro) just fine.
Issue definitely isn't ISP based if it's singling out characters. I have read cases of people with the same issue being able to play different toons on the SAME server just fine.
