Guys, as a suggestion, don't go to the live chat via direct link provided by other users. Submit your issue normally, go to the chat following the process and if you don't get a response that day, save the chat link and wait 'till next day. Minutes before the 9 am PDT, copy your link into your browser and wait until they open. I did that and my issue was resolved at 9:45 PDT and I've been waiting since 8:30 PDT. This is for NA only.

The ticket URL is made according to your account info. With other's links I always received the "no agents available" message. With mine, I went through the queue quite fast got response from an Agent in almost 1 hour. I know, we are all tired of submiting tickets, I was doing the same thing for a week and I finally resolved yestarday by doing what I said. I hope you can fix it soon...

Just got my PS3 code in the email, and took pictures of EVERYTHING with my phone IN CASE SOMETHING didn't go over right!!!

I actually got in to chat with an agent... but I was making dinner.
I just want to die now...
For you ps3,players finally got my code so there is hope, however noththing about ce so I'm hoping the code applies to my collectors edition not a reg one, has anyone with ce done this yet to tell me what to expect

Not sure why only some PS3 users are getting the email and others aren't. If it wasn't so damn difficult to get through to them I'd contact customer support again and ask them to give me a code right then.
It seems like people who contacted customer support before the emails started going out are just left in limbo waiting, while those who are contacting them today are getting codes instantly. Like it pays to procrastinate and wait until the last minute.
