    Not sure why only some PS3 users are getting the email and others aren't. If it wasn't so damn difficult to get through to them I'd contact customer support again and ask them to give me a code right then.

    It seems like people who contacted customer support before the emails started going out are just left in limbo waiting, while those who are contacting them today are getting codes instantly. Like it pays to procrastinate and wait until the last minute.

    As it seems people getting codes via email were people who got their ticket escalated. Meanwhile those of us who can't get though chat are screwed. I myself can't call their number as I don't feel like spending a fortune just to end up getting disconnected.

    I actually did get my ticket escalated yesterday afternoon before the emails started going out, and I still haven't received my email.

    You'll get yours then. They are going down the list. People who were escalated earlier are getting it earlier. You may have escalated recently so it might take longer but you will still get it before us who can't get in

    That's all. This link was posted yesterday in this thread, I replaced the Xs with my ticket number and got through on the first try.

    I never posted here. Anyone wants proof of this ill take fucking pictures. I wanna know the hell the email I got supplied me with a 13 character code. Now all I get is invalid messages. I'm a NA PS3 user who got a "new code" for registering to a new service account.
    This happen to anyone else?? This is bullshit. How do they fuck up a fix?

    I have never heard of such a problem. Try taking out the first or last digit, or maybe some other random digit just to try, but I bet you have to contact them again, because as far as SE knows your problem is solved.
