Sorry for the late reply, but it was after I had the ticket escalated.
Obviously, I'm no authority but it seems like it's NA support because I was able to get queued with it, whereas I was not with the other link mentioned previously.

This sucks still hearing all the stories of the people that got there fixed, Still waiting , been dealing with this since first happened on 8/26, my one ticket from that day was 2.60mil , They did not let me use that one so had to use the ticket that was 2.71 mill 100k more tix #'s to go before it get to me, need wait for, I Finally got a hold some yesterday. I am On the PS3 version of the game.
For those that are getting theres Fix can you, as a Favor for us that are waiting , Cancel all your outstanding tickets that you got, so it might go faster for some us , I do got like 3 other tickets open with lower confirmation , saving one, Incase I do not get mine fixed in next day or two , I am sure a lot you got like 3 or 4 them open still also lol, Since sounds like they have been using some tickets with out the chat service also.
I'm still waiting.. Sent in two tickets and yet no response... How do you get into the chat queue? I tried on the support center site and it tells me that chat is unavailable and just gave me email support....
I have friends that are playing on the PC that keep saying that it's my fault.. I honestly felt that that I didn't do anything wrong... Like how I did when I entered my beta 4 &early access code, I just breezed through it... Did I read every word entirely? No. It's makes no sense at all to give the option to create a new account when obviously the reason that people are pre-ordering is to just get a head start on the game that they've been dying to play.. It's frustrating.. So damn frustrating...
Anyone else having problems logging into support.na.square-enix.com? I logged in about 5 times but it keeps telling me to log in again.

When the chat page comes up, look at the web address and replace the "XXXX" in it with your ticket number. If that's what you needed and it works, thank Miakoda.
