Can someone tell me where to check the status of my ticket?
The support page says it should be right on the main page, but I can't find it.
farewell guys good luck
apology accepted. My apologies then.... I been on the thread since 200 pages and not one person has mentioned getting a code in chat for ps3....if they are doing that now than that's great for ps3 users and good luck to everyone in queue. Finally looks like square enix is stepping up the support this week. Good luck to you as well.![]()
I also received my new code over the phone! I don't have my CE items in the mail. But I'm so happy to be playing my character again I can do without them for a while
Just to clarify this more.... Ps3 users. Are you from NA or EU and are you getting new codes in chat and by phone?
So I'm the only sap in chat right now then? Lol. Still at #2. Which number am I supposed to call for NA support? The 858 or 310 number?
Were you signed in when you submitted the ticket? If not, you won't be able to see it unfortunately >.< If you received an email from SE stating they received it, you can follow the link they give to see if it's still open (do not actually cancel it though!). If it's open, it should display the ticket number and option to cancel. If it's closed, it'll say something to reflect that (issue resolved or something). However, if you were signed in, ticket history is a link that appears below your account name (How to use this page, Square Enix ID, IDNAME, logout then below that is ticket history) on the right hand side of the screen at https://support.na.square-enix.com/
Do know though that happened to me and my account was still fixed on the ticket I was unable to view
Called the support phone number, exactly when they opened, busy tone.
Been on chat que for 2 hours, no agents.
Another day wasted lmfao, this is a fucking joke I swear, I've been trying to fix this since Early Access and I haven't been able to get in touch with a SE customer support person. How long is this shit gonna go for seriously?
I must not have been signed in when I made the ticket. I was able to follow the email I got last week to this message though. Were you signed in when you submitted the ticket? "Response to the contact you have submitted has already been made.
Please check the mailbox of e-mail address you have registered on to your Square Enix Account.
We apologize that the response has crossed in the mail."
What does this even meam? Does this mean my ticket was closed? Because I did get my ticket escalated, but have not yet received a new email with the PS3 code.
