Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I got it escalated the same day I made it. Last Tuesday

I sent my first ticket before early access ended cause I knew there would be problems since I had 2 accounts. They have been deleting my requests after 48 hours ever since and now i've been trying to get through to the chat support aswell for a few days probably like 16 hours a day without any luck. Does anyone know their opening times in europe on the chat ? It says 09-18 gmt but I have tried during those hours and exactly when they open without any luck. Been around 10 days now without the game and I want to play.

I have great news everyone! I called the support line as soon as the clock on my struck 12pm EST. my call was answered within a matter of minutes. I reached Daniel and he was able to give me a new ps3 code on the spot. I asked him what the best way of getting this issue resolved was and he said to call/use live chat. He knows people are getting disconnected but he admits that it's the fastest way to see results for everyone! Going to go enter my code now! Wish me luck!!! X)
