    That's true. lol I was mostly referring to having one code, and you could play across all accounts. Not this two different kinds of registration codes nonsense.

    Called the 3rd phone number, asking to get everything canceled and a refund. The lady said that that all goes through customer service (where I've been on hold for 7+ hours today). She said she doesn't know what's going on, but she's been getting so many calls that she couldn't get up and go to the bathroom today. She's heard that some people (us people) have been calling on 3 separate lines just to get through.

    I asked if there was a manager I could talk to, but she just transferred me to tech support.

    I've tried a number of times, but when I get to the front of the line (live chat) it just says no one is available to talk to me. This is during their posted business hours that they are SUPPOSED to be there. If they're not there, then they're not telling the truth about their business hours. If they are there, then they seriously need to fix it so that the chat doesn't disconnect people, and lets us stay in the queue until someone actually answers. I'm going to keep waiting until I get the CE items I paid for on the same account I have my EA items. But I'll be looking for game cards or whatever to pay for the monthly once this gets going, as no way in hell am I going to give this company my credit card info. I'd shudder to think how they might mess up that.

    I just find it hilarious that the post I created in general discussion board was pretty much not touched with a ten foot poll by the general populace it could be because of the name but that would be my error and just expresses how I feel. Sucks that I can't bump it due to hitting my cap on posts yet I can still post on this thread.
