    You really think they are gonna keep up with this stuff?

    They don't have active GM's wandering the servers..... they don't have a quick way to report anything, bugs, errors, account stealing attempts, gil selling, or Bots like this - so.....

    really? I've had gm replies in-game and found it pretty fast to use the forms to report in-game
