    I don't understand how some of the people also in NA have gotten their accounts fixed today... like that guy who said he was escalated at 9:06 and had merged by noon... I was escalated at like 11:25 and still nothing. This is really upsetting.

    It seems that those people with the PC version of the game are getting resolution much quicker while those of us on PS3 are screwed because the fix evidently involves the cooperation of Sony. :/ I have yet to read of a PS3 user that has gotten their issue resolved.

    You can't actually pick something that is related to your actual problem and get the live chat option. Go to the main FFXIV support page and then choose: Billing or payment issues, then hit Additional Assistance at the bottom then make sure Contact Category says Account/Billing and then in the second pull down I at least been choosing Information Change and then fill out contact details I been putting one of the ticket numbers that was for a support form and then hit next. On the "next" page you should be able to choose live chat and fill out yet another form and then be able to open a chat after that is submitted.

    Basically it's PC onry as far as getting a quick fix like others who called/chat line today. PS3 people get shit on.
