Also I recommend trying to get on the phone line, and open the chat queue in as many different browser types as possible (I had FF, IE, Opera, and Chrome all at once). Friday I just had 4 Firefox tabs in the queue at once, and when the first failed, they all got DCed. Using different browsers seems to avoid that.
40 minutes in as the first in the Queue Live chat line just to get canceled.

Yeah I think I am just going to return the game to Amazon. I can't even find out how to contact SE.

So aside from that one agent talking to RainbowCane, can anyone confirm that we do in fact <b>have</b> to contact customer support? I was perfectly content just filling out the form and waiting patiently, but I don't know if i have the patience to try and contact customer support since everyone just gets disconnected anyways. With all the thousands of people having the same problem, it'll be months before I get though.
