I'd come with but knowing my luck as soon as we got on the road my account would be fixed lol.
But that doesn't make sense. Other people on PS3 have had their accounts fixed already. And why is it that this past weekend EU reps fixed a ton of their customers accounts within minutes if not while they were still in chat, while ours is still giving us the same bs? So there you have it. I think the PS3 bit might be the first we've seen of that information, but I've admittedly only read about 75% of this thread so I may have missed it. It does seem very annoying that some people are having there's worked much faster than others. Not to mention that, if the issue isn't fixed within the 2 week period...we have to start over from scratch again and I doubt they do anything to compensate for the issue. So that's all, no more calling or chat queue'ing for me until next Thursday I suppose. Hopefully it's fixed before then but at this point I have little to no faith in their support team.
So I logged off for a few hours and came back to the thread and it looks like most people still haven't had any luck??? I reopened the live chat again and I was already at 15? I'm hoping I actually get an agent this time
Do they actually expect you to call the support service after you correctly filled in their form for when you linked your code too the wrong service account?
I recieved an e-mail from SE telling me my ticket was recieved, without any further instructions. I assumed that I was in a queue and I just needed to wait..
Thank you, my friend. I kind of feel bad for him after watching that, I think he is trying his best...this is his first MMO I believe. BUT SE themselves should have known better as the company has released XI and XIV 1.0. He should have had better advisers. Better customer service in NA too -.-;;
On the phone hold btw, been about an hour now so I'm expecting another hour minimum. Anyone else have the "[Support Form] Service Account Incorrectly Registered" ticket not show up in your ticket log? I redid mine and it shows up now...it didn't before. The first one I filled out well on the line with an agent and I messed up because I got a lil excited. I told him and he said he'd make a note of it. I wonder if he just threw it out....

There's a link (which I don't have anymore) or you can just log in on their support site and then click on one of your tickets on the side, and hit contact, then fill out a couple forms (hit next) and it'll bring you to a link for it.
