Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I assure you I read it. I just don't think YOU understand what you are reading. All current registered service accounts will get 7 extra days or if you register before the stated date. (Again, hope I am wrong but I doubt it)

Part 1: "Because login and character creation restrictions have hindered our ability to provide quality service, all FINAL FANTASY XIV service accounts will receive an additional seven days of free play time. "

Part 2: "Furthermore, users who have yet to enter their registration codes will receive an additional seven-day trial should they register before 11:59 p.m. (PDT) on September 9, 2013". (bold is not mine, but from the original post)

Nowhere does it say "currently registered service accounts". It simply says ALL SERVICE ACCOUNTS. Additionally, if you register before September 9th, you get 7 MORE days.

That's the number I called. Took me quite a few times trying, than lucked out and got through.

So their whole queue system is absolutely BS then, because I have been on hold from that same number since 9 PST/12 EST with no response yet. Fantastic.
