Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I'm wondering now if I should just take this other PS3 product code and make an entire new SE/PSN account, the whole shibang, and start over completely from scratch.

It's better than spending time playing a trash character that may or may not get deleted if they decide to fix this.

i know youre joking but it almost seems like thats their business strategy at this point. one would think they learned at least something after ffxi.makes them lose a lot more when people refuse to sub because of the awful support or refuse to buy the game at all due to bad rep.

Please. If THAT were a motive, they'd have made it easy for me to just ADD a subscription to my original account. I don't even care about the trial period, I'd gladly have dropped a "free month" of gameplay to be able to play this last week.

You wouldn't of even been able to do that since errors were going through sub page as well. Supposedly it's being fix in today's schedule mait.

if they for some reason decided to delete my character from beta so my game could be correctly registered to that service account i would undoubtedly quit. not because it was a huge investment of time but just because of the obvious incompetence that would reveal.
im sure they will delete characters from the accidental service account which is already bad enough because it would mean they dont have the ability or are not willing to transfer the character over. which might even still be ok if it wasnt a problem that was their fault to begin with due to bad design.

Same here; the lost thirty days wasn't my gripe, it was the ultimate loss of access to my original character.
