Yes, he did. Although I don't believe a word any SE representative says anymore, all my tickets so far have been literally cancelled because of their "inability" to answer them, so we'll see. At this point I rather get my account restored, or stop playing altogether.

for EU i think its the icf_7 of 3xxxx and icf_5/1 or 2 or 3 ... lol
That happened to me. Please respond on my ticket for 10 hours then they closed my ticket and I still don't have my account fixed. Hopefully you get the better end of the stick.So, within 20 minutes of finishing with customer support on the phone and my ticket changing from 'In Process' to 'Please Respond,' the ticket is now closed. I'm taking this as a good sign since one change came from the agent I talked to, and the other must have come from someone else who is handling whatever needs to be handled for the transfer. Here's to hoping.
