Fanboys and Fangirls will always turn into ignorance when their idols are being smashed. There's no doubt about it, Square Enix is at fault. There are countless things they could have done to at least improve their service. The biggest problem people face now is how it takes a damn while to be able to log in and play.

1. Kick people who are AFK for more than 15 minutes. Seriously, this thing is one of the basics in MULTI-MASSIVE Online Games. There are these scum people who'd rather leave their characters AFK for hours when they're not playing so they won't get problems trying to login again, denying other players from their right to play.
2. Give us a proper queue. Why give us an error 1017 if you can give us a queue window?
3. Fix your queue. Most of the time I get disconnected from the lobby when I get a queue higher than 30.

I'm sure there have been countless people who've recommended this, but I don't get it why SE hasn't done a thing about it. Don't tell me I'm such a prick and is being impatient. I'm a busy man and I go to work. I can only give myself 2 hours at most to play a game during weekdays due to my busy schedule and I feel frustrated how I spend those 2 hours trying to login and get past Error 1017. How about weekends? I find it harder to play on weekends because a lot of people are trying to play as well. I'll admit that I'm not patient enough to sit for 3 hours trying to compete with thousands of people trying to log in. As a result, I've only gotten to level 15 since launch.

Seriously, Square Enix should learn from Arena Net on how to handle newly released games. Arena Net did a very good job handling the massive amount of players in Guild Wars 2 Launch.
