    It'll ask you which service account you want to add it to or if you want to add it to a new service account.

    I'm just worried if I go buy a new game, it'll create me a new service account again when I try to register it even though I never selected that option in the first place -.-

    Almost a week later and still didn't had an answer or solution, after they closed my 1st ticket ..... No answer to emails, chat isn't working, phone isn't working... what kind of customer support is this?

    Dang this thing is almost 600 pages over just a weekend. Of course still not fix on my end, but then again it is labor day here in NA. I've just about given up hope of seeing those possible free 7 days myself. I just want to clarify something here. Has there been no NA fixes whatsoever this weekend? Friday doesn't count. I'm talking about Sat or Sun.

    I have no delusions of this being resolved in 2 weeks. That may seem like a long time to many of you, but if SE actually sorted this all out in 2 weeks that would be a miracle.

    Many years ago in FFXI my account was hacked. It took SE 9 months to restore my account (still stripped of all valuables and gil.) That's right, apparently SE had to carry my ticket to term or something. They made me print out a form on a pdf file, take it to the bank to get it notarized (I'm sure the notary thought I was crazy using her services for a video game,) and mail it in to them. I called customer support approximately every 2 weeks to check up on the status of my account. Every time I was told they were working on it and could not provide an ETA, until one day around 8 months into the process the employee tells me he can't find my ticket, it looks like they must have lost it. So I had to provide a bunch of information to him over the phone again and have them start a new ticket that somehow miraculously only took 1 month to finish. So over all a 9 month process just to return my character completely stripped of all my hard work except for the missions complete and the levels gained.

    Basically what I'm saying here is that you should all settle in for the long haul. This isn't going to be over quickly.
