I've not been able to get in since Friday morning however it just makes me want to play more (: I've got plenty of other things to do anyway When someone says they want to quit already because of this I've got to ask what exactly are they playing for and why the intense rush. As with most mmo's the continued service your paying for is the enticement that the developers will continue to update and fix the game.

I just..its frustrating when I WANT to play the game, I love the game, but I have to spend 30 minutes to an hour just trying to get into it each day. I literally leave my PS3 on all day and logged in for fear of not being able to get in. Its sad that this game will now always be remembered for this. And it REALLY seems like they aren't making much efforts for the NA/EU Worlds. The MOMENT the JP servers have issues they jump on it and fix it quickly, but if it happens to the NA/EU worlds they take an entire week or two. I finally got Scholar today and I really just wanna play it -.-

Anyways, I hadn't been having too many problems but it really came to a head today. After messing around with it for a couple hours, I'm going to go play Papers, Please. I haven't played it nearly enough and this is the perfect excuse.

Yeah and why is it when you're character fails to get in and you can't read the JP servers they always try to re-load, the NA/EU ones don't even bother.

I don't rapid fire spam 0 anymore for hours on end. Now I just try it for a few minutes at random times. 12 AM seems to be the best time to get in. But inbetween that time I'm in the character creator, rolling male Roegadyns and watching them do the /furious emote, because that's hilarious. Also I watch a lot of anime and my house is cleaner than it has been in years. Dammit, 1017, what have you done to me?

Square should just do a quick reboot of the servers to kick all the AFK people and the gil bots. Then we can all start fresh.

Yup, me too.
Used to be that I could just mash x for a while on the character select screen and eventually I'd get into a queue.
But now I'm having to restart client whenever it randomly drops the NA list, or when I get disconnected from the lobby. Probably restarted the client about 50 times today xD
To make things worse, whenever I get the NA list up again the JP list falls out - and the client spends like 30 seconds trying to ping it every time I get 1017 before I can select a character again. So basically I'm getting about 5 actual log-in attempts every 30 minutes. A little frustrating but I've got my coffee and my music :P
