The problem with the free 7 days, is that you don't actually gain anything. During all this login trouble, I've lost game time. whether I have to pay for 7 days, or get them free. I still have them. however I will never get that time I lost from login issues back.

SE is pretty much saying heres 3.25$ for your troubles.

Kyriea, I am a legacy player. I'm not going anywhere. It's a great game. But if a company messes up, they pay for it. Not the customer. Wrong or right, sense of entitlement or being a pushover. It's clear from the forums that people aren't happy with the service so far, that's all that matters. There is a really simple way to solve it.

Either way they don't -have- to give you free anything, it's honestly not that much worse than most mmo launch and any decent reviewer will consider that in their review. They're being very swift with their fixes and efficient by making sure they are tested in house instead of rushing it out without any kind of idea what will happen. I'm not defending them just saying that people are incredibly selfish to want more and more. Also when I said can't wait for people to leave, I mean all the new people complaining for the sake of complaining, and there are a ton of people that fall under that category at the moment.

Again people joined aug 2013 please do not even bother posting cause most of it goes way over your head. Obviously little children like you do not understand business, they are losing customers day by day and giving away free time when who knows if the issue will be resolved is not a good type of compensation to try to bring players back or hold onto what they have left. Sure they do not have to do anything and pretty much cut their losses but I was just saying something "better" should be passed around as an idea, it doesn't have to be the relic or tomestones, but something helpful or a decent quality should be thought of, maybe a mount that has double the speed.
