Lobby Servers Unable to Connect to Servers

I think it's clear Square-Enix has no idea how to solve these beta issues, I love the game when I'm able to play but it just wasn't ready to release and should still be in beta so server load could have been addressed. I actually feel like this game is headed the same direction as Vanguard: Saga of Hero's, great game,maximum potential, ran by a company that is out of touch and lost in space on what needs to be done and order of the issues that are needed to be fixed.

Same. Error 90k in an instance, then when I went to log back in it said 'worlds full' before I could even see my characters. Now its giving me 'Cannot update NA/EU world list'. /sigh. Almost beat that instance after dying twice too.

But yeah, this nonsense is happening to me, too. Got 90k'd and can't even get into the Login server.

Same here - free time for game I cannot play WEEEEEE - Too little too late, if they don't want that 230k simultaneous connections to become 100k or less really fast they need to fix this problem already.
It is not difficult to look at preorders and beta numbers to anticipate this level or subscriptions or load. I read about vendor failures and I dont care, if your vendors were not able to provide you with what you needed in your timeframe that is your problem not mine and you should have fired them and hired other or additional vendors.

I wish people would stop with the 7 free day thing. Sure they don't HAVE to give it to us. But lets face it, coming from such a large company who has had to deal with MMOs before this has been handled terribly and slower than nearly every other MMO that has server issues to date. After 4 hours of trying to get in and then seeing this error I'm going to go take a nap. Its been hard not to do a chargeback but I just keep reminding myself as slow and bad as this has been once the server BS is fixed all the rage goes away since the game itself is so much fun and mostly bug free. Hopefully they work on quality of life issues in game once they get the servers taken care of.

Just had que'd in DF as ARC and got in after 3 mins wait... who would've guessed? Too good to be true? Yeah lol XD

Got hit with 90k, then 2002, then 1017 now it won't pull up the NA/EU list at all period... /sigh. I thought the 90k had been addressed?

Same here =/ This is getting really old real fast from all these errors, servers being full 20 hours a day, unable to find the US/EU servers and the fiasco trying to tie my CE to my head start account seems like bad are out-weighing the good.

What they need to do is take the servers down for an hour or two and band-aid this thing properly until Wednesday. Yeah, there would be a few angry players, but not as many as there will be if they don't fix it properly. Besides, I'd guess about 30~40% of the server population is just sitting around AFK just to stay logged in. Take them down and alleviate that little problem too. Bad enough there are server restrictions, but a lot of those slots are just filled with AFK ppl.

Getting the "world full" (error 1017) message *before* I even see a world list. This sucks because now I can't even play my alt on the JP servers.
