did you ever have any luck finding where to apply the code to service account 1?

My guess is what I'm going to have to do is cancel the account that currently has access (Service Account 2) thus rendering me with no access at all...at least temporarily until I'm prompted by the launcher to enter in a new product code, which would be the new one I just bought.

This is fucking horrendous, I bought this game to play it not to spend hours, days, waiting for the company support lines to help me out on a problem they made thanks to the horrible misguided information.

So what now? Should I just go play the game? Nope sorry, server is full. Why? Well, maybe because in the whole design process they didn't think about ADDING AN AUTO-AFK KICKER, the game is crowded by AFK people who never turn off their computers, what a great way to play a next-gen MMO in 2013.

These are design problems you fix on the conceptual stage in making the game, not 1 week after fucking launch.
