Some suggestions, mostly quality of life, obvious things

Here are my issues right now:

No itemization whats so ever. Everything is just simply stat focused and it's not even skewed. There's no procs, nothing interesting, just stats. Heck i'd even be happy if there were weapons that had a stat focus like a bow that had + 10 to crit but nothing else. Something interesting. Every item is simply a slight upgrade from the one before it, even the epics. Where's a spear that lets a dragoon jump further? Where's a bow that increases my song radius? Where's my armor that does damage to surrounding monsters. I need itemization!

No skill/stat customization. As far as I can tell all characters are exactly the same, aside from the small difference from cross skills.

That said this is the most fun i've had in an MMO in years. I love the game and the community is one of the best i've seen. I'll be here for years

Saying for emphasis. This is the one thing I see lacking. Even 1.0 had it. I'm most unimpressed with the job armor because it doesn't have unique stats like they did in 1.0. Reducing recast times, enhancing a trait, etc. please!!
