Please be patient? Are you kidding? I have been patient for days. I submitted my request minutes after I made the mistake only to have you all delete it. Then I waited numerous times to get disconnected from live chat. Oh and of course the constant calling of the phone line.Hi all,

- By using this link, you are bypassing parts of our support system and you may end up waiting in a chat queue for hours, simply because the chat is officially closed at that time and there's no one in the office to take your chat.

Don't tell us to be patient. Don't tell us to hang in there. Fix the problem. You created this mess by handling it as poor as you have.



Holy cats, I come back from the pool and we have someone officially address this thread?!
I wish they offered solutions, but I'm happy we've at least been noticed.
My big question is: I called Thursday. Waited on hold for almost 5 hours. I got through and talked to someone who escalated my ticket. In less than 10 hours it was closed. My account on Mognet, 40 hours later still doesn't reflect any changes. Do I need to send in another ticket and contact a human to have it escalated again?

Sounds like a weekend sitting on my ass doing other stuff besides what's intended... Blah. Damn SE... This is worse then FFXI release... Just saying.........
