The Ultima Weapon is the FF7 one, first appeared in FF6 (translated Bad as Atma weapon) and then in some remakes, is not from FF1

Raubahn is a reference to the character of the same name in FFXI. He's the leader of the Immortals in FFXI and the leader of the Immortal Flames in FFXIV.
about BLue dots, is hard find pics but they are the same and work the same way, im sure is an allusion to FF12

Even if appeared In FF7 (and in past games) Caith Sith Minion is very similar to the FF11 one, more "girly"
So u should say (the minion allude to ff11)

In regards to your Padjal WHM reference. Alphinaud is the young whited haired Elezen boy that helps out the Scions and Rhitahtyn is the gunshield wielding empire dude. Padjals are people like the CNJ guild leader and the Twin Adders Leader (E-Sumi-Yan and Kan-E-Senna respectively.

Chocobos! (first appearance in ff2)

The Prelude Music is in all FF intro (but not in FF13 <_<)
the Victory fanfare when u level up or Complete a levelquest
CID first appearance was in ff2
White mage, Warrior, Black mage and Monk are all Jobs from FF1
One Paladin skill is named Spirits Within like the FFMovie
the Ice Axe of Snow from Lighting Returns will be Added in a Patch
The Eternal Calm is a blatant FFX reference, I have no idea why you see fit to mark it as dubious, it's a term that is a specific plot point in the X series and it's not a common phrase in normal vernacular or any other media.
There's a side quest called The Blood Price, which was one of the best skills available in FFTA2.
I like the thread and all, but when i see there is no "Final Fantasy XII" part im like: "Dude, this game is like almost done by ivalice alliance, the number of FFXII references is just mindblowing, how in the hell did you not put at least some of em".
I mean, the very blue dots or target lines, even the way HP bars and targets are displayed, is like a FFXII port.
Not sure if it has been pointed out, but the missions with the Sylphs have a reference to Kefka, they call you the "Dancing one" which could be seen as a subtle reference to him as his theme was Dancing Mad, and one Sylph states that s/he "hates, hates, hates, HATES" something, though i forget what. That is also something Kefka was known for saying.
