if you have the ticket assigned to you that was sent to your email use the number to replace 7 digit number in the url.
I was also told the same because I'm a 1.0 player. I will have to spend another $25+ to get the service I paid for, and I've already paid $100 for CE.
Same thing happened here . Finaly got to talk to customer support after a 3 hour wait , they told me i would be able to play in two days . I was wondering if those were to business days , was so excited to hear the news i forgot too ask . I'm hoping i will be able to play saturday night , but with my luck I will not be able to play till tuesday .Good bye four day weekend .
I know. this is so stupid. we're being penalised just for purchasing the original game. ridiculous.
