I don't understand, does the EU chat service have this many problems with disconnects?

I am in queue for both NA and EU right now. Gonna try a different approach with EU and just say my product key was already registered and ask them to replace it.

EU account. Just spoke to Chris and after about 10-15 minutes he has my account fixed. So happy!

Biggest problem would be , I would create a new character if can get into the server i was in . Thats thing bugs me. I would start over.

same. I could have had 75% or so of my stuff/stats back but id be on a different server than my friends. that was the only thing stopping me. i freaking hate minions as is. and the cap is only good till lvl 10 which is easy to get in a couple hours anyway
