the server a character is on doesn't matter guys. It's where your SE account is based, or what region you CHOSE when registering. I can make JP server characters all day (no I can't) and that doesn't mean JP support can help me. I'm n NA SE account.

If the NA chat is closed, why the heck is it taking 2 hours to get to number 1? It should instantly tell you you can't connect. It basically gives you the illusion that there's an agent while there isn't?
If everyone is getting the error message the Q should be dropping by the dozen every second. Which it isn't.

What I meant was, he's on NA account but he got help from a EU person (Who can only help EU accounts). This is all saying he made an NA account and not a EU one.
