    If the NA chat is closed, why the heck is it taking 2 hours to get to number 1? It should instantly tell you you can't connect. It basically gives you the illusion that there's an agent while there isn't?
    If everyone is getting the error message the Q should be dropping by the dozen every second. Which it isn't.

    Not trying to get anyone's hopes up or troll but last night when the chat was closed the hours I saw displayed for Sat-Sun was 12:00AM to 6:00PM PST

    Yeah the chat opens on week days from 1am to 6 PM, but the queue didn't start moving like normal till 9am.
