    It was said somewhere that they would open all labor day weekend as well.

    I think thats the reference to what kind of problem you have. So that the agent knows where from the menus you are coming from. Meaning, if clicked Login problem, then account locked you will have a number and so... thats the only thing that really comes to my mind
