uhm, Make sure you're not using someone else's link, cuz it includes THEIR ticket number. You have to open your OWN ticket.

2nd, I was number 7 right at 12am. Then the chat just disconnected around 12:18. I refreshed and am 17th now.

If you open a new tab with the live chat support, you get disconnected. For now, I'm in queue but my hopes are not high.

actually the chat people have now power to fix anything....all they do is put you into the majestic and wonderful bliss of the escalation list

I know, I just assumed they might work similar hours to the people that actually can do something.
