Generally comes down to how you view your problems, I personally won't be stressing over this issue and will keep sending in my tickets until it's sorted.

It's more important to me that SQUEENIX will actually learn from this experience and change how things will be handled in future, I don't think anyone wishes to go through this much hassle for a videogame ever again.

I understand your vote for calm, however when has anything significant ever changed without people questioning the way it's going? Women get to vote because some women stood up and demanded that right. And while this isn't even the fraction of that importance, they will keep going as they are unless people speak up. Let us speak up and vent and then you may see change. Sitting quietly and hoping for change does nothing.

Frankly I couldn't care less if I woke up tom. and SE didn't exist anymore. I care about myself and other customers who have been treated badly. It is like Yoshi (producers name right?) crying on stage and everyone feeling sorry for him. I don't care. His tears don't allow me to play the game I paid for.

There really is no excuse for an established company to be this inept at customer service. A lot of customer angry could have been avoided by keeping everyone well informed as a group and on a more personal level. They decide to cheap out on it, so they deserve the angry customers.

Well I really hate to see people blame this on Yoshi, if we were talking about the 3102, 90000 and 1017 yes he screwed up fair enough. But this? I don't think so. It is up to Square Enix the company behind the game to decide how they want to treat their customers, I don't think a game developer or project director has a say in this. It is also really sad to see a potential great game gone south because of trivial shit like this

That is the thing with me. I have hate FF games up this point. Turn-based RPG's and games like it are horrible in my mind. This is entirely different so I though I would give it a try...bad move.

Final Fantasy XV isn't turn-based either (check out the trailer!), I completely understand what you mean though I loathe turn-based combat with me only playing the games for the story/world/characters.
