yeah i got the you are "requesting" a change but that doesn't guarantee that they will do it line fed to me as well

Great Info Guys. Took 3hrs and 20min today once we stopped getting the busy signal for my wife and I to get thru to get in a cue.
Been playing MMOs online since EQ and I've never had this many issues trying to register a game before to play. If they had only listed "ACTIVATE GAME" over "ADD PLATFORM" it would have saved so many headaches for everyone. Very Confusing and Poorly Worded Registering Process. This one holds the cake. Person on the phone was great, once I got to them.

After all this mess im having with this.. iv checked now on the Mog station thing, and now it says i dont even have 1 character? and when logging into the lodestone it says that i have to have 1 or more in game character created? so um.. didnt have this problem last night or at all or in the early access.. does this have anything to do with this mess with the two serivce accounts?
