hell i almost did it, but damnit I am a person of principle, and seeing my damn account fixed at this point is a moral imperative......done pretending that i sound smart.

I had luck in getting into the chat fairly quickly, and escalating my account, but aside from that, no. No one has been posting as of the past two hours or so that their issues have been fixed.

I was just about to ask again!! it seems that after 4pmish, people stopped saying YAY ITS FIXED/I GOT THROUGH CHAT, and started saying LETS BINGE DRINK TIL WE CAN GET THIS TO WORK.

i got through, was told tat since i was "Requesting" a change to my account that 1. there was no guarantee that it would happen 2. that if it does happen it could take up to 2 weeks 3. that my ticket was added to the escalation list......cant be much of an escalation if everyone is getting put on it imho
