Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

don't blame yourself. 1. there shouldn't have been a code required in the first place. 2. your account should have carried over from early access. 3. there should have been an option to cancel a 2nd service account and reactivate the first. 4. there shouldn't be 2 service accounts. 5. it should have been a user friendly process (some players are kids). 6. an issue this big should be addressed in mass, not case by case.

Just forgot how stupid the set up was and hit X thru everything. (PS3 player)

Yeah, I'm also a PS3 player, and I'd been having some resolution issues where bits of the UI would get cut off at the bottom. Also, during the part where you select which service accounts to apply the code to, there's that big glaring "Create New Service Account" button, which...from what I recall, is the only selectable option on that screen?

Figured after getting rejected out of queue again I would take them up on that email button.

Yeah I have a resolution problem on my TV as well. It cuts off the bottom half and a bit of the right as well. It's a Samsung, maybe it is a Sony thing, lol.
