    After 2 and a half hours in chat queue I get this wonderful message for the 4th time.

    Status: Canceled
    There are no agents available to chat with you right now. Please try again later.

    I'm getting really pissed off with how their damn support system just fucking jerks you around. Around 10 hours in chat queue total and over 5 on the phone and I've yet to be able to speak with anyone. I can firmly say at this point they will not be getting a sub out of me after my 30 days are gone if this is the kind of support their NA and EU customers can expect.
