Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

You know what would have solved 50% of this...if you could scroll down with the analog stick on ps3 instead of having the "create new account" laid over the bottom of your existing, but already selected account. Not to mention, you shouldn't be able to click "create new account" if your other account is ALREADY SELECTED. All of those user misunderstandings would have stopped right there.

im pretty sure a 2 year old would have the foresight to make the process user friendly and uncomplicated.

But they've already had experience putting an mmo on a console...they should have already had hindsight on most of these issues.
