Man, their service really sucks. The log from my ticket came with a lot of info about other person.
I got a new ticket number emailed to me today, I hope that's a good thing since my ticket was escalated and closed yesterday.
what do they ask once you get in the chat?
Two days ago I received an email stating:
"Your ticket will be responded to in max 48h"...So I guess today I shall know what's the destiny of my account. My free trial is already ticking while my "main" account is expired :/
My account just recently got fixed. I went to live chat support yesterday and now I got all my CE things. There is hope and you will get your account fixed people!!! JOY!
First your name, then your ticket number. They'll want to verify your account, so all of your personal info such as DOB, address, phone number, etc. If you use a security token, they'll want the serial number so have that. It'll be in the email you got when you signed up for it.
