I have the same issue. The problem is, I bought the digital version and did not receive a product code. What are we supposed to do about that?

for those of you having this problem with a physical copy of the game on PS3 go to playstation store and scroll down to redeem codes. then enter the code on the back of your game booklet that came with your copy of the game. start the game and follow the on screen instructions. hope it helps...worked for me![]()

Check your original Order Confirmation email. Mine lists
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn [PC DOWNLOAD] (Pre-Ordered)
FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Pre-Order Bonus Package
Now the Bonus package has a code underneath it, but the PC Download did not. So I went to the link for findmyorder.com (which may not be the same for you if you ordered it through a different store than I did), entered my email and partial credit card info, and got to a page which has the code under "Serial Number". Entered that in the Mog Station as instructed above and it worked.
EDIT: Now to go get some Error 1017s!
