I'm kinda speechless now, as for you're not the first one who states that chat support or phone calls didn't solve anything for them. I might be wrong but I think the fact that your account might be fixed or not, is strongly related to the agent you're talking with ??? If he's nice and gentle, then you were lucky enough to get your issue solved in no time?I take this really as serious harm on unwritten but still important relationship between SE and their customers. Briefly said, this thing is absolute letdown, total failure and worst thing that ever happened to me in 9 years of playing MMOs.
Once again I will mention that I accept and understand I have done mistake, but when I see numbers of people encountering similar problem I can only blame myself a little.
I am out of game time, I have no license on my main service account. If anybody thinks that contacting support via phone or live chat helps. No it did not help me.
To all the people that consider themselves too smart to do similar mistake as many of us did. Be a sports and imagine yourself in our place. It can happen next time.
This is getting old, first server issues (and now they're getting better and bareable) and now shoddy help over something that shouldn't take SE hardly anytime to do, Either merge the Service Account or move the 30 days to the account it was ment to go on, I even read on a notice that Tickets that were 48 hours old were closed, I'm not 100% sure if mine was sent in 2 days ago but now I can't even send in a new ticket?!
This is really unacceptable, its Launch and there are so many enraged players :/ I don't mind waiting 2 weeks for them to fix my service account as long as I'm not cheated out of my 30 days :|

OK.....much to my chagrin i tried one last time to get it sorted.....got through to live chat after 1hr and spoke to SEE agent paul B....he was very nice.....didn't ask for any details or anything just looked at my ticket and said my issue would be resolved within the next 24 hours.....don't know whether it will or not.....I'll keep you posted.

On my live chat right now. He asked my registration code, what service account I had the game on and which one I wanted it on. I also asked if he needed my ticket number from the form. He said it wasn't necessary and that he was escalating it to their head office just now.
After that he said he escalated my case for me. Hopefully that will be sufficient. If not I guess I will just have to stalk them again on Tuesday![]()
But I'm a bit more hopeful now. Will keep checking this topic and let you guys know if I see any changes or not.
