they both take the blame ,, others are playing and we still stuck with this "No valid service account..." error .. i bough it from sony store so they most refund or just fix it plus make it up for us by giving us free month or anything worth that waiting .So I see that the NA/EU PSN Maintenance is over... and so I tried again on PS3... and guess what?!
YES!!! It's still giving me "No valid service account..." error, despite I could play it last night on my Windows client!!!! Did I just buy a dud from PSN?!?!?! So who is it at fault then? Sony? SE? Both?
At this stage, it's very SE's fault as their support team hasn't replied to my support tickets regarding "No valid service account" - worse is, I can't even change the SQEX ID on PS3 as it is greyed out!!!

and on my confirme services history - all services. the ffxiv service isnt there...so the accounts arent working at all

i'm really sad about this...because its a white or black page...we dont know nothing...dont know if they are aware of our problem...or when it will be solved...and i dont want to refund.and i think sony doesnt give us a refund.
