    I highly recommend ringing UK support line for those living outside USA. I rang them at 9AM UK time (7PM'ish) AU time Scotty lad answered an couldn't have been more helpful if he tried. Got up 30 min ago an it was done.So it took overnight. (For Aussies) its 0011+44 870 6000 182

    I have noticed most of the hate towards customer support seems to be USA based....(not trolling) just an observation. It's interestin because the UK line is so helpful an so nice to talk to.

    So apparently theres only 2 guys in support. everytime a support guy free's up he, takes 10 player from the pool and 9 of them gets canned and given and error "No available agents". This is to ensure our support line doesnt get completely swamped and overwhelmed.

    You just realize this now? you know the error 1017 could easily be fix in less than 15mins by someone who have basic understanding of scripting. Could easily add few lines to make log in que's not limited by 200. its that simple and yet they have not done anything to solve this. Same goes for kicking afk'ers in the game.

    They should just add an option on our service accounts, to let us merge them if we want. At least for the time being for free, so we could do this on our own. Guess that might make a bit too much sense though.

    Still no fix yet, guess will check once or twice more tonight, than in the morning and see if anything is done, before I go to work.

    Guys, after my fourth attempt at trying to contact chat support, I finally made it:

    Agent Ricardo L: Sorry for the wait XXXX.
    Agent Ricardo L: What seems to be the issue.

    You: Basically, a well-known issue in the tech fórums. I accidentally made a second service account while trying to actívate my code.
    Agent Ricardo L: Okay have you made the right kind of ticket?

    You: I'm pretty concerned, since my game time is running out, and today is my last day.

    However, after I was ab out to tell him about the forums and this thread, the agent left the chat. So,to sum things up:
    1.- he didn't tell me if this issue would be solved tomorrow. He just implied that they would do it ' soon'.
    2.- He said I could play on my first account, and when I was about to ask him how am I supposed to do it, since this is my last day on my first service account, he suddenly left the room.
    3.- I wanted to ask him many more things, however as I stated before, he left pretty quick.

    So, I'm not sure if this will solve my current situation tomorrow, because he couldn't specify a day....
