I didn't know that so I kept requeueing every time I got to the end.. but I don't know if that'll actually work
I'll be trying again tomorrow morning if it's not fixed and I can't play.
The 310-846-0345 number has been busy all day. I can't even get to the automated machine. Does anyone know any alternate NA support numbers, or is this the only one?
That's how it felt for me, they will ask you questions like your birthday, the account name, and which account you want to keep and which one you accidently added the game to, I didn't get asked my security question though.
It was weird, she asked me the name of each account, which is Service account 1 and Service account 2, lol.
And of course she will ask for your ticket number. so make sure you keep all your old ticket numbers, if you have any other ones besides the chat one.
Try live chat support, or email support. It doens't sound quicker, but if you do it early enough, it actually takes under an hours, which is actually surprisingly fast.
I didn't make any characters on that, but if I get desperate, I might make something I don't plan on really going into on my main account, like a tanky roll, lol, I don't usually do those, which could be interesting.. as long as I start in a different place or something.
Well, got into the chat q soon as it opened today, took a hour and a half wait, but I got through this time (yay!) and he escalated my ticket to get the service accounts merged. hopefully it gets done before EA ends now. ><
I kind of figured that's what the "The average amount of time a customer has to wait is XX:XX" message was about, since it clearly isn't how long we wait in the queue.
I got in line 4 minutes after live chat opened and am down to #36 now.

If it doesn't, you might have to wait a day, which would suck, but better then the alternative, I'd say if you problem doesn't get fixed tomorrow, jump on chat early and make this complaint, maybe they will do something about it.. That's what I'm going to do if mine isn't fixed.
Just wanted to share my experience: 5 hours on hold with option 2 on the 310 number yesterday and no answer.
Today, I got through with option 1 after 1.5 hours. The guy I spoke to confirmed that people that use live communication to take care of this issue are definitely getting priority. There is no timeframe for people that only used the form or email. They are definitely monitoring this thread as well.
They are going through the tickets one at a time so if you have multiple tickets open, please close them so that others can get through faster.
