    As stated by someone in this thread before when you go to support page dont clicn on FFXIV click on Square Enix Account and randomly click on one of the FAQ link...at the bottom there will be a button saying "this did not answer my question" click it then it will direct you to a form. choose account and billing and any sub category...type in the contact detail then it will let you contact live support

    After 9 hours on the phone with no luckk (I wouldn't recommend the phone) it's not working correctly. I'm quite sure it dumpped me in a dead que.

    I waited two hours last night for a live chat (Didn't error out which was good) Then I had to correct the chat agent into believe my ticket did need to be escalated. Finally after all of that he submitted my escalation.

    Check about 12 hours after the escalation, and everything is fixed now. It looks like they actually add a entirely new service code because my second one is still there idk for how long, but it does give you the full 30 days. So for instance it adds back the lost time because I'm at 29 on the second account because of the fact it started counting my days from when I registered it where the new ones started from after EA.

    I'm in this same boat. hope my accounts get fixed because I really don't want to restart another character. also hope they add a option some where on there website of the login screen to just let yourself fix it. would be much faster that way just my opinion.

    It says on that page before you go through the support that the hours are 9am-6pm PST so they aren't open yet

    After sending an e-mail on the 24th I was directed towards Chat or Phone Support yesterday. Today, I got my ticket escalated at around 9h40. At 15h45 my situation was resolved.

    To those still in unable to access EU Chat Support, here is what I did:
    1. I went here,
    2. Clicked "This did not answer my questions"
    3. Filled a ticket with category: Account/billing, subcategory: Registration Information
    4. In the contact details, submit either "Early Access Code Incorrect Registration" or "Incorrect Registration".
    5. Scroll down and click "Chat Support".

    Got my ticket escalated yesterday. Today my account got fixed, but still have two service accounts. wondering the second will be deleted soon (: but my first now has my 30 days and my copy of the game.
