I spoke to chat support this morning, Ricardo said he would escalate my ticket...my two tickets (the original support form) and my live chat ticket were closed...I did click the link in the email I received notifying me SE received my ticket, does that automatically close the ticket? I hope I didn't make a mistake.

If I had ordered from square they'd be getting a charge back if it's not fixed by EA ending. I bought it from GMG though, they didn't do anything wrong.

I an email about them recieving my ticket. I submitted two the first was last night I didn't write down the number, and wasn't signed into my account. I submitted another this morning and while logged into my account. It will get resolved, but the biggest question is when.
