Here's the solution:
a) Don't give them money.
b) Hold unto your money until it works.
You're the customer, you are entitled to one of the above.
However Gestalt you forget. Just for buying this game you get a free 14ish15 days you just wasted all that. Who knows how long this will take.
Valid and point taken, however, one shouldn't buy something that's broken. I bought the game because I've only had one issue throughout the beta. I was one of the first few who got hit by the 90k on Phase 4, after that I've had 0 issues with this game and even now I'm able to login without any problems. If anyone else had issues and are still having problems with the game then the best possible solution is to not buy the game, wait it out or get a refund.
I agree with those that would be satisfied with better communication. The apologies are nice but when something like this happens, people don't want an apology, they want a REASON. Once we have a reason then we can understand and once we understand we're not all speculating and getting angry.
