Everyone from 1.0, regardless of CE or non-CE status, gets a free "key" to ARR. If you had wanted the CE, you should've just purchased the digital upgrade. If you had wanted the physical CE, then you should've purchased the PS3 instead, so you can register the key and have an available option for that platform. This was discussed to death for months and on various forums, including Amazon, Newegg, Gamefaqs, etc. You'd have to be living under a rock to not have seen those discussions.
Honestly I never heard that is was discussed that people wouldn't be able to upgrade to CE with the physical version. Never read it anywhere. And I'm not the only one this affected so I find you telling me that I must have been living under a rock as kind of rude, but whatever. Doesn't change the fact that I am NOT the only person who never read that anywhere. I pre-ordered my CE in May and no where during that time did it mention any of this and from my understanding, it didn't get brought up until late july/early August, so even if I HAD seen that, it would have been too late to buy the physical copy of CE on PS3 as they were pretty much sold out everywhere by that time.Everyone from 1.0, regardless of CE or non-CE status, gets a free "key" to ARR.
