The server is full, try again later (1017)

Cmon guys to make room there has to be a AFK timer for 15 or 20 mins time i see people just standing in there for hours and not do anything because they are afraid to log out, or should not belong there. Please put in a afk timer this would free up a lot of the servers and make more room for people who really want to play. And when i click and it says 1017 i know 30% of the people in there isn't doing shit lol.

And not one minute after I post that, I get a message that says: "The World is currently full. Players in queue: 59."

I wonder why it happens sometimes, but not others.

Bet you still get 1017 before u get to top of queue. (i hope u dont)

My first log in 20 minutes ago i was 64th in queue then 1017

Oh wow. They haven't enabled people to pay for time yet and you have? How?? >.> Seriously, You bought the $30-$40 game and they are fixing your servers. Calm down. You aren't even "making sure they get paid every month" yet.

Currently? A good game that no one can even get in to. You'd think with the 1.0 disgrace and ESO looming around the corner that they'd have been well prepared for this. I read one post with a guy who stated that there is no need for any company to have more server space then they need lol... I'm almost certain the saying is "Better to have and not need then need and not have!" I mean let's be honest, so far the only MMO I've played that launched with more servers then needed was EQ1 and they simply let it ride for two weeks, then merged dead/no pop/low pop servers together. It didn't hurt the company in the slightest and was the cleanest MMO launch still.

Why do companies go with the WoW launch model? Rift made this mistake too, and lost a quarter of their potential subs less then a week in (which results in those peoples close friends not wanting to play since MMOs are about the community). I'll never get the thought processes of companies like this. "We have an amazing game series, but we only care about money, not the consumer... they come at a distant 4th somewhere, we're not even sure where... Okay more like 5th, but you get the point..."

You paid for a disc/launcher which works. The service you pay for is the game. They are giving you a free month to start with so you haven't paid for the game yet.
