I'm only putting the word "First" in quotes because in Gaming that's actually a thing now. (As in a Noun: Check syntax)

... and the 'First' I had in apostrophes were merely as an implication. (from the screen shots) No need get grammatical with me.

If you translate putting quotes around something to mean that it implies it doesn't mean something, or is false; well then that's how you translate it. Quotes aren't defined as 'implying lies'. (a quotation giving the estimated cost for a particular job or service.) No need to be defensive.

If I was implying it was a false claim; I would have just stated so and not offered up a congratulations. There's the obvious screen shots and my congratulations. So please; don't sour the good cheer.
