Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

hell with it,,they have already said 2 weeks,, they said no refunds for lost days,,, so i used free company bank..transfered all the stuff and money i could to my collectors edition from my early access.. i wont miss the cat saith or the mog cap..will miss my 47 leve allowances i had

really i see a huge problem with this because there is no way to get your Beta account to a full account anyway! there is nothing to press anywhere to get it to a full account. You only have Add Platform, Add Playstation Service and Add Windows Service. So how are you meant to even "do it right"

Indeed - this is what led me to believe I had to add a new Service Account.
The Mogstation is confusing as hell.

When I registered there was only Add Platform and Add Account.

Add Platform insinuated adding a new console or pc key to give access to multi-platform, which I didn't intend to do. The only logical choice was to add new account... you know, since we were on a beta account and not retail...

I too fell into this problem. I did follow the instruction written in the paper where the registration code was. It opened up the Mogstation, or previously known as the Square enix account page. The buttons itself was already confusing so I first selected the Bonus item button. Introduced the registration code and yeah... it was invalid. Now adding new platform did not make any sence. So my only thing left was to add a new service account, Introduced the Register code and I was expecting to see apply this registration code to feature just like they did in FF11. But as everyone else, the registration completed after entering the code. No account selection, no nothing.

Now I have 3 service account. FF14 1 which is made back in beta phase of Old FF14, FF14 2 which is my current open beta 4 and early access account, and finally the infamous FF14 3 which is the one that created on applying the registration code. Yes I have applied the support ticket regarding this issue. I have yet to see the correct way to upgrade your account to be honest. I was expecting something like the early access code entry and upgrading your existing (or new if you did not have old 14 account) account. Why they changed to this form I can not understand.

P.S. They could just mention the full registration process to upgrade the current account and not just 2 lines with a link on it.

Yeah, I guess I created a Service Account 2. Tough I'm almost certain now that I pressed "Add Windows Service". Anyway, it's a damn confusing system and layout.
Checked minutes ago, my character is now missing from Mog Station...

I've also had this problem. Wasn't very obvious at all! Here's hoping we don't lose out on game time as both accounts are currently ticking down. Sent in a help request immediately after registering the code last night but still no reply.
