Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

it does say any subscription time is lost when merging accounts, so if our free 30 days is lost, I'm gonna be pretty damn pissed off.

Seriously, this is the dumbest way to register any account ever. There needs to be a completely separate page to create a new service account.

I agree wholeheartedly. This is Square Enix's fault for having such a vague and confusing website.

i registered wrong also...made new account instead of registering pre release one...square said 2 buisness days it would be resolved in an email. they have yet to fix problem. sat on phone for hours to get help after that period got thru to be put on hold for hours went past closing time they just left me fkn sitting on line past closing finally hung up once i figured out they werent gonna help after hours even thou they placed me on hold. guess ill have to try calling early morning. worst customer service ever. worse part is i cant even start new character if i wanted to on same server as friends cuz its full.
