Does the patcher suck for you all too, or is it just me?

How do you get remote connections? I've played since beta 2 and I've never seen a single remote connect.

I'd like to be in-game when the servers come up in an "hour" but my patcher has 0 remote connections and only 10 local connections. My download speed gets up to abour 300-400 kb/s for about 5 seconds and then immediately plummets to 0 for the next 10-15 minutes. It's quite frustrating. I wish SE would make a reliable patcher as a patch. Does anyone else feel this way, or know of a way to actually speed it up?

I dont have specific speeds, but my SE patcher took about 30-45 minutes to install this recent patch here in Austin Texas. I have cable, but I couldnt say how fast im running >.< sorry!

If yours is running slower maybe there is a firewall / router / ports issue?

Today's patch unlike others is downloading FASTER on the launch tool :P I always run both and see which finishes first lol This is the first time the patcher is WAY ahead on the download which is really odd :S

my patcher is playing with my feelings as usual.
going from 20 to 50 to 150 to 400 to 700 down to 20 back to 80 down to 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 back to 20 up to 150.....
strange how my upload never fails to go below 200KB/s ._.

yea, and those connections don't help me at all.
idc, aslong this thing is done before the servers go up again i'm fine.
not like it'll be 2 am by then, and i'm aching to try those guild tasks b4 going to bed ; ;

Just navigate to this folder on your computer (assuming you have Windows 7). Open the patch (torrent) file in uTorrent after you START the download with the normal patch downloader.
